CHOCO16: Crimson Confections 16Box

Crimson Confections 16Box

WSU Crimson Confections is a student-run business producing the world's first commercial Cougar chocolates. Founded in 2016, the company is the product of hospitality business management, food science, and engineering students who combined their talents to create something novel.
Working in the Marriott Hospitality teaching kitchen in the Carson College of Business, students handcraft a variety of truffles made from locally sourced ingredients and vendors: Callebaut, a Belgium chocolate company, has factories in the United States; the packaging for Cougar Chocolate comes out of a company based in Seattle, and Food Services of America, an Idaho-based company, is also involved.
The delicious chocolates are a favorite at WSU Feast of the Arts and other signature events and come in six flavors: peppermint, salted caramel, toffee milk chocolate, white chocolate, cinnamon milk chocolate, and espresso.(All 6 flavors may not be included in each box.)
